How to Register
To register for the Tardigrade Symposium 2009 in Tübingen, please use the registration form . It is essential that the instructions for payment of all fees involved are strictly followed. Every participant, including both invited participants and accompanying persons, must be individually registered.

The registration fees* are:

Full-time students are considered to be undergraduate and PhD students and will require a signed statement from their academic adviser. Please send the confirmation of full-time student status to the organizing committee by email to: info@tardigrada-symposium-2009.org.

For all registrants (regular, student) the registration fee will cover the admission to both scientific oral and poster sessions (and a possible workshop, to be held during the Symposium), bus ticket for local city transport, coffee breaks, conference dinner, guided city tour (Monday 3rd August), and boat trip (Tuesday 4th August). In addition, regular and student registrants will receive the abstract booklet and conference programme. Publication costs of the symposium proceedings and, when ready, a copy of the proceedings are also included for the senior authors.

Registration fee for accompanying persons includes: bus ticket for local city transport, coffee breaks, conference dinner, guided city tour (Monday 3rd August), boat trip (Tuesday 4th August), Bebenhausen Monastery and Palace (Wednesday 5th August).

* Cancellations and Refunds
 Cancellations and changes concerning your registration should be notified to the Conference Secretariat (info@tardigrada-symposium-2009.org). Fees will be refunded with a 20% administration charge if cancellation is received before May 31st 2009; 50% if cancellation is received before June 30th 2009; no refund will be made for cancellation received after June 30th 2009.

Terms of payment
 Due to our University administrative rules payment can only be made via money transfer (Credit cards are not accepted): Bank expenses are charged to the registered individual. We can accept Bank transfer for multiple persons, but we will need the names of each of the individual contributors clearly specified on the e-mail/fax sent to the Organizing Secretariat. For complete registration, e-mail/fax (info@tardigrada-symposium-2009.org or +49 711 685-59143) a copy of the registration form and the money transfer to the Organizing Secretariat. This will allow us to send you an e-mail/fax acknowledgement and to prepare the invoice.
